The GCxx-S is swaged directly on the combination rope at any given position to act as a stop. It can also be used as a short end joint, such as the GCxx-J where space might be limited. The GCxx-S is swaged in a rounded pocket die that requires minimum manual grinding to ensure smooth edges and great safety for the end user.
