The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) define the rules of cooperation between Certex Polska Sp. z o.o. and its Suppliers regarding order placement, deliveries, payments, and product liability. They apply to every purchase order issued by Certex and take precedence over the Supplier’s terms of sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The GTCP specify, among others, the requirements for order confirmations, delivery deadlines, product compliance with documentation, and warranty conditions. All orders must be fulfilled in accordance with applicable law, technical specifications, and safety standards. In case of delays, non-compliance, or deficiencies, Certex reserves the right to refuse the delivery, apply contractual penalties, or cancel the order.
